USING AN AUTOMATED WIZARD
We use an automated conversational assistant (chatbot) on Facebook Messenger to respond to requests related to rental or sales listings from our customers, provide general information, pre-qualify requests and facilitate connection with a human agent. Exchanges can be processed automatically by computer systems. No final decision (acceptance, refusal, reservation or signature) is made exclusively by this automated system. Users can request to communicate with a human representative at any time.
Data collected via the chatbot is used only for the purposes for which it was provided, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including PIPEDA and, where applicable, the GDPR).
